Helen May Guinness was born in April 1955 in New Zealand, her father, Griffen Guinness, was 30, and her mother, Olga, was 28. She had three brothers and one sister. She died on 20 September 1974 in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand at the age of 19, and was buried there
